Success — is not a play of chance. Success is work and ability to use any life experience to achieve one’s goals and objectives. Formation of the individuality, of the character happens every day. We remember only the brightest moments but if to tell about «how the steel was tempered» it is necessary to recall everything to the last detail. Thus voluminous memoirs appear which are hard to plough through, in spite of their value. 

So we will restrict ourselves to the most essential. 

July 8, 1975 - Birthday. 

1982. My first meeting with school № 6, on Rakhmatullin Street. I didn’t shine out at school, but studied steadily for «4» and «5». As everybody I studied not only algebra and geography but took first lessons of life. 

1992. After school I entered at once two institutes — financial and economic and pedagogic. I chose KFEI. 

1994. I got to the Financial and Credit Department (specialization «Banking»). 

That year I started to work— got a job of a book-keeper in a jewellery firm. 

1995. I started to work in the Foreign Exchange Department in KF «MejKomBank» (a branch of Moscow bank). I was «lucky»: at that period a foreign exchange control group was formed. As an expert of the group I had to master new directions of banking activity: exchange guarantees and letters of credit, export and import control. I managed it. The management of the bank was satisfied with my work and I was put in to supervise the project of aircraft building on Kazan Aircraft Production Association named after Gorbunov. 

1996. Graduation. I didn’t go to the farewell party — the work was more important. 

1997. There were no perspectives for career growth in the bank. I decided to look for a new place of job. I got a position of a chief accountantо in Idel Ark Technoservice (structural subdivision of Lukoil in Tatarstan). And once again I started to master new horizons: accounting, document workflow in the sphere of oil products. And it was the first experience of management — 30 people reported to me. 

1998. Next step ahead. The position of the commercial director of the company «21 century». 

1999. The first acquaintance with the Forex market. I decided to meet my interest in the financial market and became a trader. 

My interest grew. I had ideas of creating my own firm. Some time later I met like minded people. Having joined intellect, efforts skill we developed our scheme of business. Thus the Dealing Center Alpari appeared in my life. 

2005. Alpari was worthily recognized by business elite of Russia, the company was awarded the "Financial elite of Russia" prize in the nomination "Best internet-broker". This was a categoric opinion of the expert council consisted of authoritative Russian economists, financiers and journalists – the program of the award is realized with support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

November. Social Council of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation invited me as an economic expert. I accepted this invitation with pleasure as I understood that only by joint efforts it is possible to achieve changes for the better.

December. On my initiative Alpari founded a Charity fund with the same name, headed by me. This decision was a logical continuation of permanent help provided by the company before the creation of the fund.

2006. January. I joined the party «United Russia». I made this decision as I realize that this party has already done and continues to do a lot for Russia. Having entered it I don’t want to stand aside and I’m ready to provide help to those who need it.

2007. November. The charity fund Alpari was awarded with the diploma "Benefactor of the Year" in the nomination "Non-profit organizations and charity funds".

2007. December. Alpari was awarded with the «Financial Rusia – 2007» reward in the nomination «Best company in Russia - 2007 – Best business reputation in the sphere of finances». This victory deserved by almost a decade is recognized by independent experts from the panel of judges of the first independent national reward among banks, insurance and financial companies. 

2008. January. A decision to appoint me the President of the group of companies Alpari was taken by the board of founders.
